    About

The Buffalo Lacrosse Academy’s (BLA) Fall Ball is the only fall lacrosse training and league open to any interested lacrosse player in the Buffalo area.  Fall Ball was developed to continue the BLA mission of

    • Providing lacrosse experiences to everyone in the Buffalo-Niagara region
    • Enhancing the athletic ability and skill of area players
    • Using lacrosse to promote character development

Fall Ball runs on Sunday mornings for two hours.  The first hour is skill instruction and training.  The second hour consists of games.  The Fall Ball Instruction Team will have some of the areas top instructors including current and former college coaches and players.  Whether you are a first time lacrosse player or an elite team player, Fall Ball will challenge you to become a better lacrosse player while allowing you to have fun and meet new friends.
